The Knowledge Network web site is operated by Reach Out To Asia (ROTA). Your use of the Knowledge Network Site and any of the Knowledge Network Services at any time is subject to Terms of Use., which may be updated from time to time.
In addition, your use of particular services offered on the Knowledge Network Site may be subject to specific guidelines or rules posted from time to time. Your use of the Knowledge Network Site and/or the Knowledge Network Services constitutes full acceptance of and agreement to the Terms and applicable Rules; if you do not accept the Terms and Rules, you are not granted rights to use the Knowledge Network Site or any Knowledge Network Services and should refrain from accessing the Knowledge Network Site/Services.  	Use the Knowledge Network Site/Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Knowledge Network Site/Services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Knowledge Network Site/Services. 
 	Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Knowledge Network Site/Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Knowledge Network Site/Service, through hacking, password mining or any other means.

 	Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which is made available through the EDUCAUSE Site/Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party. 
 	Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another. 
 	Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of material contained in a file that is uploaded. 
 	Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses. 
 	Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others. ROTA has no obligation to monitor the Knowledge Network Site. However, ROTA reserves the right to review materials posted to the Knowledge Network Site and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. ROTA reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as ROTA deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in ROTA's sole discretion.
