 Hello everyone,

My name is Anwar abdul baki and i have just joined the ROTA team lately. As Cherie mentioned, i have worked as a Maths teacher in al Wakra ind. Sec school for 3 years before joining ROTA. My first experience with ROTA was in 2006 when i accompanied 3 of my students on a volunteer trip to Pakistan, where we had the chance of visiting several schools in Kashmeer that were almost destroyed by an earthquake in october 2005. That trip made me realize how privileged we (as teachers and students) are for having computers and internet access at our schools! Therefore, i look at iEARN as an enjoying learning opportunity that allows our students to work, share their work and communicate with their peers using ICT.
Until we meet face to face, i will be glad to communicate and exchange ideas with you in the forums.

At the end: thank you Cherie for your welcome , and I am looking forward to meeting with you all.

Regards,

Anwar
